Coaching Services
Coaching services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are designed to support training, nutrition structure, and habit development.
Coaching does not replace medical advice. You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own health and decisions
You will communicate honestly about injuries, limitations, or concerns
Results depend on consistency, effort, and adherence, not guarantees
Payment & Billing
Coaching is offered at $75 per week, billed as agreed after application acceptance.
Payment details are provided only after you are approved to begin coaching.
Refund Policy
If you follow the coaching plan and do not feel more confident or in control within the first 30 days, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be made in writing within the 30-day period.
No Guarantees
While coaching aims to support progress, specific outcomes (fat loss, muscle gain, performance) cannot be guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Rodney Fitness Coaching is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in coaching programs. You accept full responsibility for your actions and choices.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of this website or coaching services indicates acceptance of any updates.
